Pulsegrid provides AI-assisted failure prediction, sensor monitoring, and maintenance alerting for industrial and infrastructure equipment. Features may change as the product evolves, particularly during the beta period.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for the sensor data your organization connects.
Verify before you act. Risk scores, predicted lead times, and root-cause hints are generated by AI and provided as decision-support. Pulsegrid does not guarantee the prevention of any failure, and your team is responsible for verifying alerts with qualified technicians before acting on them.
Beta access may be provided free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the sensor data you connect and the reports you generate. Pulsegrid retains all rights to the platform, software, and models. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of Pulsegrid will prevent every instance of equipment failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsegrid Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
