Pulsegrid Labs Ltd ("Pulsegrid", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted platform that helps industrial and infrastructure teams predict equipment failure. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Your sensor data is yours. Each organization's data is isolated in its own workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one organization's data to train models shared with another.
Sensor data is operational, not personal, in most cases — but may indirectly reflect facility operations. You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to connect and process that data in Pulsegrid. We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege practices across our infrastructure.
Risk scoring, forecasting, and root-cause hints are performed by AI models running on our secured cloud infrastructure. Predictions are decision-support, not a guarantee — your team should always verify alerts with qualified technicians before acting.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
